This company began because we are passionate about what we do, and we want funeral homes worldwide to feel like they are a priority.

 

What Sets ICS Apart?

Manufacturing companies typically provide the customer with one technician, leaving the funeral home owner to provide their own helper for the technician. These manufacturers also make the funeral home rent all the equipment for a job.

ICS provides two technicians for every refractory job, and the funeral home is not obligated to assist. Two trained professionals ensure that we meet our timeline and that our clients’ money is well spent.

Tyler’s Story

Where It All Began

I began my first Crematory Service Tech job out of high school and spent several years in manufacturing, building machines from start to finish. I would then fly out and teach the customers how to use their machines properly. I soon began traveling and servicing Crematory Machines around the world. After some time, I started running operations and service for a new company specializing in crematories.

Years later, I realized that I could venture on my own. In my industry, leading manufacturers often put customers on the back burner because they don’t have enough technicians to service them. I started ICS so I could provide shorter wait times for services needed and offer parts for a reasonable price.
